12:00 PM – Setup begins
5:00 PM – Family arrives for photos
6:00 PM – Kids upstairs; Adult cocktails in downstairs area; Photobooth upstairs
6:45 PM – Guests enter ballroom
7:00 PM – Jacob’s entrance dance set (15 minutes)
7:15 PM – Welcome speech and thank yous by parents Beth and Dave; everyone find their seats
7:20 PM – Adults to dinner buffet; Kids dance/games with Ricki, scavenger hunt
7:30 PM – Kids eat; Adults dance leading into everyone on dance floor
8:00 PM – HORA (sister Emma in chair, maybe parents Beth and Dave); More dancing, games
8:40 PM – Adults to dessert; Kids group photo
8:50 PM – Kids to dessert
9:00 PM – Montage
9:10 PM – Mother/Son dance (20 seconds then invite others to join) into open dancing
9:15 PM – Waterbottle/Candy Bar station open- tell Legos and Soccer table first
9:50 PM – Closing circle
